New Favorite Handgun!
I am a first time airsoft owner, but I have shot plenty in the past. I chose the TSD Sports spring 1911 for its look and price, both of which are fantastic. The gun itself is plastic, but it has fantastic weight and realism, partly due to the weighted magazine. The magazine holds about 22 rounds, but I under fill it to reduce the possibility of jamming. Sometimes the spring doesn't push the bbs up out of the magazine, but this can be solved by bumping the side of the magazine until they pop up. The gun has a comfortable grip and trigger, both with a cross-hatch design on them.Shooting is decent, actually, its pretty darn good. I can get a 5 inch group from 50 feet and I can hit a moving target at upwards of 75 feet. It doesn't hurt too bad to get tagged by it, but it certainly leaves a red and raw mark. I haven't done much shooting past this distance, however. To shot the gun, you load and insert the magazine, release the safety (and press down the grip safety), cock the slide, and shoot. The sites are are unadjustable, unfortunately. The gun shoots to the left and up, so I aim down and to the right. This isn't too inconvenient, but you just have to remember to do it each shot.To shoot again, you just pull back the slide again and pull the trigger. Another issue that I sometimes run into is that the slide gets very hard to pull back if you have sweaty hands. Wearing leather or rubber gloves would fix this; gardening or tactical gloves perhaps. However, it is still very easy to shoot. I can shoot the full 22 rounds (and on target) in under a minute, even though its a spring gun.Overall it's really a great little gun, here are some pro's and con's to wrap it up!PROS- Very cheap- Good construction and look- Heavy weight- Easy to shoot, good range and power- Good magazine capacity- Functional safetiesCons- Inaccurate sites- Spring power

Nice little springer
This is your ideal inexpensive spring airsoft pistol. It shoots very straight up to 35-40 feet and has an above average FPS. Just be warned if you decided to take the yellow tip off this looks like a real 1911 so be careful.Overall if you are looking for something fun to just go out back and shoot at some targets for 15-20 minutes every once and a while, I would recommend this for you but if you are looking for a pistol to actually use in airsoft wars look else where this is not the pistol you want.
