I’m a heat-spice wimp—my mouth just rebels no matter how much I try. LOL…don’t like my food to bring pain! Anyway, this tastes nice, but is too hot for me. NO markets* in my area carry Chimichurri and I can’t recall the last one I’d purchased—that I really liked—locally (recycled the bottle & lost the name of it)….so the quest continues! The one I liked was more ‘herby & green’ tasting/looking.*I’ve literally tried every market, large and small, chain & independent in three local towns and NOBODY has it—what? Really????!!!! But then I live in a rural area so stuff can be hard to find.

Very tasty. Fresh trading for a bottle version. Thicker and a little less fresh than Bonefish Grills Chimichurri, but reminiscent.

I absolutely love a good Argentinan chimichurri sauce! Zesty, fresh, potent, intense satisfying.I knew it was a risk to order sauce on Amazon, did any way, and sure enough, the sauce is kind of weird. It tastes a bit dusty like old spices. Makes sense, there’s a lot of acid in this sauce which will degrade, denature, and ruin the flavors of the sensitive herbs if it’s been sitting on the shelf a while. It must be eaten fresh.Plenty of recipes online and on social, I’m just gonna have to make it myself! Much cheaper that way too.
