More than satisfactory

- there was no branding on the bar- the rods are not that heavy/thick (which effects confidence)- requires a carpenter with proper tools to drill holes and fix- the grips on the bar roll when you hold onto it, this was really disappointing!! This is a basic safety requirement!- if you are beginner or mid level exercise person this pull up bar is still good enough, but would recommend you try other brands- heavier persons might struggle to find confidence- the AB Straps although seem to hold the weight, their quality is still very cheap, doubtful longevity

The pull bar is really amazing but the accessories are really pathetic please dont trust it , it might hurt u it is not at all steady even the stitches are coming out... Please be careful didn't expect this from Amazon.
