Far better than other humidifiers
This is much bigger easier to fill than the type of humidifier hopper that needs to be turned upside down. The hopper is big enough to fill & use all evening & night, whereas the 1l & 2l humidifiers I used previously needed to be filled at least once which was a nuisance in the middle of the night. It gurgles, though after a few weeks I found the sound helped distract from external noises that wake me up so I sleep better. In warm weather the humidifier is cooling which helped greatly with this year's heatwave, as well as raising humidity & comfort levels when I had hay fever & bronchitis.I haven't used the remote, & don't bother with the colour change lights though these might suit some folks. The control panel is clear & easy to use, with the 8 hour timer being especially good overnight. The information screen can be turned off for anyone light sensitive. The only issue is the thermometer is inaccurate. I reported this to Vav Sea & received a partial refund.

One word for it "Brilliant".
Due to having radiotherapy for cancer of the larynx, I was advised by clinical nurse to get a humidifier so the air doesn't get dry. I can't believe how quiet it is and so easy to use. The remote is a bonus but the touch control panel is simple and only needs the lightest touch.I have a small one upstairs in my bedroom, but this being bigger, was bought for the living room and I can safely leave it on. I personally won't need the sleep mode, or the lights, but I have "played" with them and I can see why some will be impressed. It was a bit more expensive than I anticipated paying, but I think it's worth every penny, and I don't regret my purchase. Happy lady.

Excellent But Redesign Needed To Be Perfect
I was suffering from sinus problems at night, a feeling of stuffiness and of phlegm stuck in my throat making me swallow constantly, which kept me awake, and, when I did finally drop of I would wake up seconds later feeling like I wasn't breathing.I did some research and humidifiers came into the picture. After searching for some time I came across this one.The reviews looked good (I only take notice of reviewers that have been leaving reviews for a while) and I decided to give it a go.Now, whether or not this thing does the job I wanted it to do, I want to give my thoughts on the design and functionality. Some real thought has gone into this humidifier but it does need a tweak. You set it up in the place that's good for you, which may mean feeding the lead under a bedside cabinet. You're set up and now you want to fill it.Of course the best place would be the kitchen in case of spills, so what you have to do, each time you want to clean or fill it, is unplug it and get the plug and lead from under the cabinet. Then after you've filled it..........................you get the picture. It really needs to be cordless and have a base like a cordless kettle, so simple. You Vavsea designer folk can have that one for free, but don't forget to send me one so I can see how much better it is ;-)Anyway, that niggle over, on to the positives.Out of the box, it's nice and light without feeling flimsy and cheap. That said, if you drop the lid it is plastic and likely to break, so take care with it.My advice is to swill it with a diluted Milton type steriliser, as on first use it has a plastic smell in the mist.Controls are self explanatory and easy to use, sensitive touch controls, no need to press. On the first night, I set it up but didn’t bother with the remote as it was late and I wanted to get to bed.The changing lights are really nice but bright in a dark room so it’s good that they can be switched off. There is some noise from it but more soothing than annoying, the occasional drip is more of a thing but if I can sleep through it then I’m sure most others will.We also have a fan on all night for constant sound, like ‘white noise’.I turned off the lights, the front control panel dimmed but it was still very bright so I had to turn the machine to the wall.Another oversight from the designers? No, the next night I used the remote and from your bed you have full control.I lay there for a while with the changing lights on, then, when I was ready to settle I pressed ‘sleep’ on the remote and the lights AND control panel went off, leaving one tiny white light to let you know the thing was on.I was well impressed at this point, that small detail made all the difference and showed that these people know what they are doing. So, has it made any difference? The first night I didn’t wake up once throughout the night, not even to go to the toilet, which hasn’t happened for some time, I’m usually walking around the house at 4am.The second night, I did wake up and visit the bathroom but went back to bed and slept.Coincidence? I can’t be sure after only two nights but I’m certainly glad I’ve tried it.It was worth the money for two decent (ish) nights sleep. There is less phlegm in my throat and so pretty much no sense of a need to swallow all the time.My nasal breathing seems clearer during the day too. Could it be this simple?I’ll give it a couple of weeks and update my review but for now, design wise and the results thus far, I have no complaints.

Vavsea Humidifier
Great Product ,great price.Nice looking humidifier and the cyclonic lights are very comforting.Setting 1 emits a steady stream of vapour into the room making the air cool and fresh ,you can also add aromatic oils for a nice fragrant smell which is very relaxing. We tried setting 3 which emits quite a lot of moisture into the room but we had a great nights sleep. We are going to try setting two tonight and hopefully a good nights sleep with less condensationI suffer from asthma and after only two nights use my irritating morning cough has improved. With continued use I believe it will be eliminated.

Very good humidifier for the money
The media could not be loaded. I really like how easy it is to set up and easy to use. It seems to have helped with my inflamed sinus problems. I also like the fact that is silent and makes no noise at night. My daughter enjoys the colours and the cool mist is lovely.

So easy to use and unobstusive.
A stunning little gadget that does a wonderful job. Purchased to help my wife’s very dry eyes, when the central heating is on. We honestly didn’t expect the humidifier to give the results it has. Now she isn’t using eye drops! The machine is aesthetically very pleasing and non intrusive. It is easy to fill, and refill from the top, very quiet and the remote control makes life very easy.Wouldn’t be without it now.

Cheap to run and well designed
Very quiet, has raised my humidity level from 25% to 51% in less than 24 hours on level 3. 27watts is basically nothing to run, my light bulbs are 28 watts. Remote range isnt great but it works well. Design is really thoughtful with regard to cleaning and filling. It is top fill so no water spilling everywhere. Not used the oil pads yet but plan to. All in all a nicely designed very quiet humidifier.
