Normally i have no complaints when it comes to receiving pacakges but this time was totally differnt.like it got thrown around. If it's an item that can break i suggest putting a fragile sticker on the package . Would have been nice to get an option just for a replacement but the only option I get is to return.

Huda chat reps (since there’s no phone number listed) will not provide basic info like manufacturing date on their palettes; why? My palette had a smell though it was brand new. Chatted with huda cs and even with the lot number, they insisted they had no access to such info. The palette is extremely expensive but you can’t afford your consumers basic pertinent information? What a horrible practice and disappointing, useless cs.
