Where to find?

I COULDN'T FIND A REPLACEMENT FILTER FOR SEVERAL MONTHS.Therefore, I cannot use my Pur.Is there a reason why there is no supply of consumables for Pur?

Damaged product and cloudy water after filter

All filters in pack of 4 look to have been interfered with around the seals even though they were in packaging. Water is cloudy and contains particles after filter which considering this is for consumption is very worrying. Would seriously question how this has happened and leaves a big trust issue with a consumable.
