Purchased this battery on March 22, 2021 and I'm about to order another one today, being October 26, 2022, so it lasted 19 months. My reason for removing a star is that it simply isn't as good as an Dell OEM battery, which lasted 4 years and held a longer charge, but it seems to do the job.Both times the batteries failed, my computer would be plugged in (I use it primarily as a desktop) and would self-shut down during the night. When I'd reboot the next morning, the system would warn: "Your battery is critically low. Plug in now." But it was already plugged in.Also, my original OEM battery from Dell used to get scorching hot - sometimes so hot I couldn't use it on my lap - and the keyboard warped because the battery swelled underneath it. I haven't had those problems with this battery. Yes, it gets warm, but I'm still able to use it just fine and my keyboard has never warped with this one. But after 19 months of daily use (and rarely on battery power), it's time to replace it again.

I had this laptop for about three years with very light use. It used to have some decent battery performance nothing impressive where when it was a turn to buy another PC I ended up avoiding Dell and went with Microsoft. However, recently I got a warning that my battery is bad. It jumps while we use it and suddenly die with no warning.I bought this NNF1C HMPFH battery for my Dell XPS 13. Dell wanted $120, plus tax where I spend less than half of that for this. It turned out to be a great choice and the difference is unbelievable. Based on the instruction I let the computer on all the time on the battery to drain it completely. When I left it to sit idle after 5 or 6 hours I can see it hardly drained any battery. The battery performance is better than when I had the original battery. I would definitely recommend it.The replacement also a breeze. I looked through some online instructions with a picture and was very easy to install.

So far so good 1 month in. I went from 45min of battery life after 4 years with the original dell battery to now getting 4-6 hours with the new one doing light Microsoft office and YouTube activities (longer if I just read pdfs with low brightness). The install was as easy as it gets especially since the tool to do it came with the battery. This computer model doesn't have any fans so the computer gets quite hot and I'm afraid wears out the battery much faster but that is no fault of the battery.

2 screw holes wouldn't match up.Battery life seems good.

Battery size fits in the location, but I had to enlarge 2 of the screws mounting holes to match the computer threads/old battery hole pattern. Wire to the connector a little long. had to 'convince' the connector to stay inserted with a dab of hot glue.Instructions to reset the computer and 'see' the new battery are to generic and do not match the computer at all.Cannot say anything about capacity yet.
