Ok, I don't know what kind of witchcraft this stuff is, but wow. I did some research on what type of supplements would help with my symptoms of inflammation, IBS, possible thyroid disease. And potentially having the help of weight loss wasn't a bad idea either. Since starting the berberine almost two months ago, I have not had a flare of my IBS. This is the longest I've gone without issue in almost 16 years. My stomach has never felt this good. It definitely has suppressed my appetite as well, I have already lost a few pounds. We will see at my upcoming dr appt about the effects on thyroid etc, but wow I am so happy and have already recommended this to my friends. They are on the large size, and I struggle with taking pills but it's doable. They do taste pretty bad if they sit in your mouth too long. But totally worth it!

These see to be of a very good quality and high efficacy. Research dosage carefully and start small. These things are potent and very effective. Absolutely worth the money imho.

this supplement changed my life. I started looking into my metabolic health and this product was recommended to me from my holistic doctor for heart health. A bonus? I’ve lost 7 lbs (I was 129lbs when I first started taking it, I am 37 years old mom of 2 and 5’2) and I didn’t even try!! One day I said “wow I’ve had no cravings and when I’m full I simply stop eating” and then I looked into the gut benefits of this supplement and the affects on blood sugar. I feel fuller longer, never crave sweets and feel amazing. My sleep has increased drastically!!

The product is great. Seems to be making a difference in glucose levels. But the service was BAD. It took 3 weeks to receive through Amazon. The 2 day delivery is clearly a thing of the past. I will find somewhere else to purchase in the future.

I’ve only been using it for two days so if I build up a tolerance to this stuff too quickly this review may be updated in the future, but so far I’m very happy with it. I took my first capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and it took about an hour and a half to two hours to hit, but when it did the effects were very noticeable. First of all, my appetite was reduced to like 20% of what it normally is and I spent most of my day at work wanting almost no food. After about five hours I finally started to get a little hungry so I ordered one of my favorite things (bacon cheeseburger patty melt on sourdough with extra crispy hash browns! Yummy!), something I could normally inhale in ten minutes without exercising ALL my willpower, and I found that after eating less than a quarter of it I felt full and satisfied, like I’d just gone on a binge! Pleased, I snuck a few more tiny bites of my hash browns, like really tiny bites, and easily put away the rest in the fridge. I didn’t really get hungry again until about 8pm so I took a second pill and made myself a medium sized bowl of Korean style chicken and rice, ate less than a third of what I normally would, and again, that full satisfied feeling after such small amount of food soon followed. I’m really happy with the results and I hope it keeps working. Some cons, it gives me a little bit of a headache and a stomach ache, but those side effects are supposed to go away after you get more used to it so I’m staying hopeful. Usually I have fairly good discipline and self control with my eating so I hope this is my ticket to help making it an almost effortless endeavor. Update: Had to lower it to 4 stars from my 5 because the resulting headaches have gotten worse and today it made me very drowsy. I also bought some Berberine gummies that are supposed to have 100 mgs more per serving than these capsules but the effects are way milder! So I can only assume that either there is way more than just 500 mgs in these pills or the way it’s formulated is just too intense. These pills definitely work! Maybe too well. Second update: Rescinding my four stars and giving back it's original five! Now that I'm more used to berberine the side effects like headaches and drowsiness are a lot better and sometimes barely noticeable. Where was this stuff hiding during my competitive modeling days?? Berberine is powerful and takes some getting used to. It helps to start small and slowly add more as you build up your tolerance. I suggest starting with some gummies of comparable strength to these pills and cutting them in half, or even fourths if you're super sensitive. As you get more used to this herb you can start gradually adding more mgs to your daily routine. I can handle a full 500 mg cap at once now. I don't question the efficacy of berberine at all. If you're like me it may work a little too well for you.

This works just as well as Metformin in my opinion. My appetite has been dampened and the intestinal upsets are gone. I’m looking forward to having my A1C retested

This was my 4th time ordering this brand. First 3 times, I received a good product ordering the single bottles each time. My glucose levels were good with low readings. I ordered the single bottles for those times and for this 4th time I ordered the 2 bottles package, and believe I was sent a placebo because they did not work. I check my glucose 3x a day and my glucose had shot up by 20+ points each time. I stayed the course with the last package for a week and even tried the 2nd bottle in the package. You can always tell if any Berberine is in your system if it shows up in your urine. It was no longer showing in my urine. So I ordered another reputable brand and almost instantly my glucose numbers went down and it was now showing in my urine. The single bottles of this brand did work; but the package of 2 had no Berberine.
