The taste is authentic but if one has a sweet tooth go for it ....but not for me ....a bit too sweet .No complaints

At very first I got the packages broken. But after complaining Amazon deliver me another. The jam is too good and value for money.

Amazingly smooth texture, Spreads easily..great to use in desserts.Not overwhelmingly sweet..just the right mix. Has no artificial flavor.

Insect found in the jam.
Asked for a refund after submitting pic of insect in the jam bottle....I was told by customer care the problem will be resolved in 6 hours but it has been 36 hours and no refund or intimation from Amazon.
