Good quality product, convenient to use, literally does the all job for you. When i used to spend at least an hour on drying and giving a proper shape to my hair with dyson in 15-20 minutes my hair is dry and also looks amazing, gives beautiful volume and shining effect. I loved design as well, looks like futuristic hair styler.Recommended!!

I bought this on 29 December 2019. Just before the end of 2020 (before the 1 year warranty lapsed) it started shutting off within 4 or 5 minutes of turning it on. This went on for a while and I requested a copy of the invoice (which was required for after sales service). It is now over a year and I am still trying to get a copy of the invoice so i can get it sorted.I went ahead and bought the new long airwrap (call me crazy) but I would still like to get the first one fixed. I just wish they service would be better because its a great product when it works!!
