Freewrite Traveler: Slim Distraction-Free Writing Tool plus Felt and Leather Sleeve

I am very happy with this so far and since I wanted to get a laptop that I could use just for writing, this was ideal.I can easily put what I have written into my word file after emailing it to myself and the text is changeable for formatting and things like that.I think that I will enjoy using this, I am so far.

I originally posted a positive review of the item and I maintain that it's a great concept. However, less than a year later and my Traveler is already crashing. The battery life is also nowhere near what's advertised. Of course, claims like "4 weeks on a single charge" are always ambitious, but I'm lucky if I get 2 - 3 hours before the battery warning appears.Astrohaus don't have any infrastructure for repairing things in the UK, so to replace the battery I have to spend $80 plus delivery costs.So far, Astrohaus customer service have been friendly in a "Oh, really sorry to hear this but we aren't going to do anything about it" kind of a way.I'd also advise anyone considering purchasing to check the guarantee attached as Astrohaus have been known to subtly remove this without any notification.Poor quality product and poor customer service.
