I bought this water dispenser 2 months ago on Amazon. From the very beginning, I was noticing a little leakage but it was minor and I thought may be kids spilled some water while dispensing. But in about less than 2 months of buying, the leakage become excessive and beyond repair. Don't go by the brand name, its a bad quality.

Dispenser water release button is not working properly and it is getting stuck causing the water to flow continuously due to which loads of water is getting wasted. Please suggest.

Great product using it for 3 month and no complaints. The issue in beginning it left a taste in the water, it was instructed to open each faucet for some time and i did not adhere to the timing instructed.

Had this for a few days. Quick delivery. 4 stars overall. The controls are a little "plasticky", good enough but would expect better from Panasonic. Cold water, not "ice cold" but definitely cooler than ambient. The hot water comes out steaming and is hotter than I expected it would be for such an appliance though I doubt we'll use it, luckily the hot water and cold water functions on separate switches so you can have either on or off as required. There is a 10-20L (at a guess) storage area under the dispenser catch tray and although it looks like it is a mini fridge, it is not cooled. It is also not large enough to place a spare water bottle in it. We haven't noticed it being particularly noisy as some comments seem to suggest.

I really wanted to like this water dispenser, but unfortunately the experience has been very frustrating. The unit started leaking water from the bottom within the first few uses, creating a puddle on the floor every time I dispense water. I followed all the setup instructions carefully, checked the bottle placement, and even tried a second bottle to rule out installation issues — the problem is clearly with the dispenser itself. What’s even more disappointing is that I reached out through the support channels provided and haven’t received any response. For a household appliance that is supposed to make life easier, this has turned into unnecessary stress and wasted time. I am hoping the seller sees this review and contacts me directly, as I would really appreciate a replacement unit or a proper fix. The concept is great, but the product I received is clearly defective. I’m more than willing to update this review if the issue is resolved.

I bought the mid-range. It arrived with a cabin that can be used as a refrigerator in higher ranges. Noisy a bit. It leaks extra water, and there is no pipe to get rid of excess water. i'm still using it and I believe there are better options update: started leaking in less than 6 months i had to buy another one.
