Does a single capsule contain 1200 or 2400mg? Front says double strength/2400mg and back says single serving is 2 caps.

I Just talked with their customer support. Each serving(2pills) are 1200mg of Omega-3 (in forms of EPA and DHA) the other half are listed as "Other Fatty Acids" in the form of "proprietary blends"... So if you need at least 4000mg of omega-3 a day like I do. Then you would need 7 pills(3 servings* 1200mg omega-3 each + half a servingof 600mg of omega-3) to be a total of 4200mg of omega-3 and 4200mg of their proprietary blend of fatty acids.

Is the gelatin extacted from hog?

This suggests to me they're wild caught fish.
