Good quality product
This arrived well packed. They were a bit fiddly to fit and took a bit of working out but once on they are sturdy and sit well on the cycle. I have since fitted a bag to them and I am really happy with the whole rack.

Good value, but don't load it to its rating
It'll handle the weight centrally, but the rack's aluminium tubing is very weak and a well loaded pannier bag set will break it. I've broken two of these now like this and I think a steel rack would be a much better option.The mounting is solid, if prone to slippage, and the nuts lock properly without coming loose on long treks.Giving it a "80kg" rating is probably a lie, as a loading of just 35 kg caused mine to break.

Very good strong bike rack.
Very nice bike rack, took a little over half an hour to fit, perfect fit for my Soundcore motion boom plus.

Impossible to install!
I am decent at diy but this product was absolutely impossible to install it took 3 of us an hour and we gave up I’m convinced the product is faulty

Difficult to mount
mounting is designed for the seat tube. Does not fit the seat tube sleeve properly. That's why the trunk stays too high. In addition, since it is mounted on the under seat tube, it negatively affects the up and down adjustment of the seat. However, it is a quality and functional product. For the price, I would recommend it. I struggled a lot to mount it millimetrically under the saddle in order to adjust the saddle. I still couldn't lower the seat enough (the trunk clamp is blocking it).

Sturdy contruction
Took about forty minutes to fit to e-bike. Kept mudguards on bike. This rack is strong and doesn't flex, squeek or anything. Only issue is alignment which took some figuring out. Well worth the price.

Good quality item
It is well wrapped and included are all the tools you need and the instructions. The instructions are step by step and clear.Once all secured it feels solid. I have attached a cushioned pad which can be used if I want one of the kids on the back. I’ve also added the panniers.Overall a great product and would recommend.
