It's uncomfortable to use with the metal grinding on metal... and it doesn't shred the cheese all the way. You'll ALWAYS end up with large chunks.I actually threw it in the trash, not even worth sending back to Amazon.I bought the one that Olive Garden uses and it's GREAT.

It grates but has to be held in a very specific way that is extremely uncomfortable.. it takes forever to shred just a little bit of cheese

I used this product to grate a block of cheddar cheese for chilli. The cheese is much better than buying already shredded in a bag. This product is easy to hold and works easily. I like it so much that I am ordering another one for my daughter.

It bent the first time we used it. You cannot put very much pressure on the device. Not worth the time and money spnet.

I washed the pieces thourghoughly strait out if the packaging. Then tried to grate some parmesan cheese. And the metal to metal contact as the grater spins causes the metal to "sand" itself leaving metal dust on whatever your trying to grate. Other than that it's a very flimsy grater. And any kind of pressure put on the handle will cause it to bend. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Happy that the frame is solid stainless steel, compared the the plastic alternatives. Delighted customer!!! :-)
