So disappointing after open the this steamer, the plug was broken from inside and the steamer is not working. It's a defected product

Does not work. Sending it back today.
I eagerly ordered this product and I was so excited to try it. I followed the instructions on how to set it up/ use. Waited ages for the Vapor to expel only to waste my time because it never did 😅 might be that mine is faulty, can’t generalise by saying all of them will have this problem but that’s just my experience. Safe to say I will be sending it back and expect a refund.

Image of the product was misleading in terms of the steam thrown out.
Very Poor Quality in terms of the actual requirement of Steam. Water levels is very low hence dont feel safe to use this beyond just a couple of minutes.
