Caravelle Thai Fried Garlic 8oz (227g)

I used this in a rub for scallops. I put in coffe grinder with other spices. I went to a cooking class and this is what the chef used. I was perfect for my recipe.

There is plenty of fried garlic in the jar and a little goes a long way! Yummy on any kind of noodles!

This reminds me of the many home cooked meals I’ve had growing up.

I bought this garlic to make soup! When I got it ,it had a warning label on the back that read,this product contains lead and causes cancer and birth defects for pregnant women! Why would amazon sale a product that has a warning label? It went right in the trash! Very disappointed!
