Actually loved this little kit. It's cheap and exactly what I needed. Love the tins too. I would order again if I needed to.

Beeswax is my favorite! This kit is great (but you don't really need that little pitcher or spoon). The tins are small, but colorful and cute and can be reused after burning. (Freeze them after burning and then pop the wax out.) The wax is wonderful. It melts, pours and burns beautifully. The fact that wicks and stickers are included is a bonus. We made 2 boxes of these for a market we attended and nearly sold out. I just ordered 2 more boxes. They and are easy to prepare and use, and they make lovely gifts!

This was fun to do with my kids. We added some dried lavender or cinnamon to some of the candles.

Instructions were not clear enough. Would be nice to know how much wax is needed to fill the containers(4oz of wax is needed for each container), how much of the colorant do you use, how hot can the wax get before it burns, and how much scent do add. I don't recommend using the metal stirring stick. I used a spatula, I did not want to scratch the bottom of the melting pot. Not a bad little kit, just needs better instructions. If you are looking for candle kits, I'd got to Brambleberry.com and buy one of their candle kits. They have better instructions and customer service will be able to help you out if you run into any problems.

I adore this kit for many reasons . It has every thing you need to get started making candles. I had done some research on candle waxes and though the bees wax was going to be the most natural way to go . The instruction makes it very easy . The one con would be that bees wax doesn’t let essential oils being added smell strong enough . But I have only made my one batch so far so will try again with other oils . Any age young and old will enjoy this activity .

The wicks is too thin to be used as one or it will tunnel out if you use two wicks burn to fast.No scent comes with kit but the bees wax has a slight natural sweet scent.You can also add your own Scented oils but educate yourself if not already.
