Although these nozzles did not work well for me with a Hypertherm 45XP, I appreciate the effort to offer a product that is cheaper than the OEM. I have a friend that gets good results with some of these products but I did not. How did I test: My plasma setup was working great with partially used Hypertherm consumables. I figure that would be a good test to swap one of these nozzles in and see how the cut looked. Initially, they seemed acceptable but within a few minutes I was getting all types of problems: failure to pierce completely through 14 gauge stainless. I put the old Hypertherm nozzle back in. Cut was restored back to perfect.Metal is so expensive where I live that it is makes more economical sense to be assured of the torch performing at its best rather than risk a poor cut here or there. I will remind you: you may a different result than what I did. That is why I gave it 3 stars. I did not want my review to railroad the scores for this vendor/product.

I have used several different brands of nozzle tips over a course of three years on my Hypertherm 45xp plasma cutter that I have on my CNC cutting table. I cut a lot of thickness with the same tip from 1/8" to 1/2" A36 mostly. One of these Kemao tips will last for several jobs, even with lots of holes or pierces. I commonly cut full sheets 5'x10' x 1/2" A36 for flanges and brackets, ect. there is little to no kerf or bevel on the cut. Now they will blow out just as fast as the name brand ones if you get trash under them without stopping and cleaning it out. I use a a fine file to sand down the tip and electrode till smooth and shiny again everyday, and I can cut about 2.5 sheets of 1/2" without seeing the tip orifice starting to wear. I also have cut 100 copes 4" sch80 about 7" long on my CNC plasma pipe cutter and only used 2 tips. I save my old tips for cutting up scrap metal or on expanded metal and they still work great.
