Love LEF products and have been using them for over 20 years. Highest quality, no unnecessary fillers, effective. I'll continue to buy them and have never had an issue with any of their products. Yes, you can find cheaper but always read the ingredients and compare strengths and dosage.

Love the taste price, quality and size. It is helping great with my weight loss and fasting. Never want to run out.

I am invested in "autophagy" which is what happens when you fast from food. It is the body's self cleaning process to eliminate waste and debris and damaged cells. Anything that will promote autophagy will get my attention. Does this product work? How would one know? If a supplement helps prevent disease, how would you know if the disease never formed? I will say that I notice I am able to extend my fasting from 12 hours to 15 hours and I definitely feel better. Is it the supplement or the fast or both? I am on my third bottle and will stay on it as long as i can swallow. I also respect Life Extension Foundation that promotes this product. I take this along with "Ageless Cell". I like the two together.

I haven’t taken long enough to know if it’s worth it yet or not

I suspect this will be one of those “take it on combination of faith plus research” supplements. Autophagy is also induced through ketosis, which itself is induced through a variety of paths (intermittent fasting, high-intensity exercise, consumption of MCT oils, etc.), and polyphenols like resveratrol, grape-seed-extract, etc., are also known to support autophagy. That said, Luteolin and Piperlongumine are independently demonstrated to induce apoptosis and autophagy, and piperlongumine is also demonstrated to be an effective senolytic. I’ve been searching and haven’t seen those ingredients combined in any other product, so choose to just dive in and give it a go. That said, I strongly believe any noticeable results will only be realized over the course of years, not weeks or months, and may be synergistically dependent on a broad range of other longevity-focused behaviors/supplements generally also involving an increase of ATP production, senolytics, telomere preservation, etc. Ask me how I’m doing in 20 years… :)

Why does it have maltodextrin which has higher than sugar Glycemic index when you guys are promoting autophagy? That doesn’t make sense

Packaging. I've attached a photograph that I assembled showing size and scale accurately of how much product was actually in the bottle versus empty space. I don't wanna call this vendor out specifically it just was convenient that I was able to measure their bottle and product. Others do this too. To me it feels like deceptive marketing. For them it's probably convenient packaging. Still when you get a bottle, you psychologically expected to be full, not almost empty. This particular product was a good price point compared to others which is why I bought it and will buy it again. But I did think this was worth mentioning.
