Good flavor, strong base while not being hard. I have made it for versatile things now (canapés, mango tart...), and interestingly not yet for chaat. Will try that soon too. Would recommend. (Not a negative, but please do note that the base is a bit spiced/flavored, so if you want something very neutral, especially for a western dish/dessert, this might not be what you intended)

I used them to make katori chat and my entire family loved it . Now in Summers it's a go to snack for my family. The katoris were crispy , thin and delicious.

Ordered 2 but got only one that too just 30 pieces for 530 rupees 🙄

Good product though some pieces were broken which is okay being delicate in nature. Would like to ask the manufacturers to improve its taste and the crust to be a bit thinner..Was too thick which is something what it shouldn't be for canapes. Hope they read this review and work on it.
