I'm really happy with the amount of protein in these bars and the calorie count is not too high.I like the texture of the bars with the chocolate chips and crunchy bits.They are not as big as I hoped and I have tried other bars which are more satisfying but I do like to eat them which is always a really good start.The big positive about these bars is that it feels like you are eating a normal bar of chocolate rather than a protein bar.

Its ok unusual taste and does ok with cravings but wish it had a lil more protein

This is the second box I have purchased! I love them very much. They may have a "gritty" texture to some people, but honestly it doesn't bother me, it's the same texture with the majority of protein bars. Very happy indeed!

OUT OF DATE...!... Sent me a box couple days before date runs out! Get a grip

Initially, this bar tasted rather good, but after a couple of bites, it became unbearably sweet and really unpleasantly so. I don’t have a sweet tooth per se, but I do like sweet things from time to time, so it isn’t that I have an aversion to sugar, just the sweetness of these bars. And that’s despite the claims of them being low in sugar - it seems someone may have been too liberal with the sweetener in the recipe.The bars are suitable for vegetarians and, at 174 calories, aren’t going to adversely affect the waistline if eaten in moderation (you won’t want to eat more than one if my experience is anything to go by). Each bar has 10.8% fibre, which equates to 4.9g and a respectable number. Mine came with a shelf life of 9 months and, even though there are only 12 bars in a pack, I think I will struggle.

I have been using protein bars for years and have tried all the popular brands in the market. I always found that the ones which are more closer to the taste that you normally enjoy have a much better impact as you can stick to your diet with those. As cookies and cream is my favourite flavour, I couldnt wait for these to arrive and try them out.After taking a single bite, I could sense that the strength is, without a doubt, the flavour: it feels like eating real cookie, not pressed and sugary cardboard! These are also very balanced at the nutritional level, calibrated for athletes who need a quick snack or for those who follow a low carb diet and try to eat clean.The list of ingredients is pretty clean, except soy a bit everywhere but, otherwise, I find only real items such as chocolate (sweetened), milk, whey protein, salt and artificial sweeteners.Unfortunately they are not certified gluten free, even if they do not contain any cereal.Each bar provides 15g of protein and only 2g of sugars which is a bit hard to believe as they are quite delicious and sweet. The artificial sweeteners used are quite effective.The taste of cookies and cream combined with white chocolate is sublime and is really chewy so it does take some time to finish 1 bar. They do leave you feeling full and although I wanted to have one more, I could not as they are so filling.The only issue I have with this bar is the price. At £20 for a pack of 12, these are not exactly good value but if it fits your diet plan, I would recommend that you go for it. 4 Stars

I have these vegetarian protein bars in cookie & cream flavour.There was 12 bars in the box, sadly the box arrived damaged/opened, but all bars were there.I wanted to have them as healthier alternative to rich in sugars snacks. My partner is on a diet and they are low in sugar and high in fibre which is perfect.I was afraid that 'the healthy' snacks are not tasty, but I was pleasently surprised.These bars are 45g each, they are covered in chocolate with white chocolate chips on it.The taste is very good, they are very creamy, chocolaty with cookie flavor, soft chewy caramel and are quite sweet. Great combination of flavours and textures.After first bite I thought that they are the best bars I had, but with more bites the taste become less obvious and I didn't like the aftertaste.Each bar has 15g of protein and 174 calories per bar.Great ingredients, I like that they have natural flavouring and colouring.The best before date is 7th October 2021.Overall good healthy bars rich in proteins, flavour is good, not perfect, but they are the best 'healthy' bars I had.Great before excercising.

I got these for when i cycle i always carry a protein bar with me,First they arrive in the box pictured which was. Little damaged they have a use by date of 8 months, the cost is £19.99 (at time o review) for 12 that works out as £1.66 a bar which is not badI opted for the cookies and cream (lush and not your normal flavours) each bar is individually wrapped foil which helps keep them fresh. These taste surprisingly great and actually taste like cookies and cream, the bars are sweet but i have tasted sweeter protein bars. They are high in Protein, each Bar has 15g of high quality Whey Protein, 100% Natural Flavourings and Colourings, Low in Sugar and under 175 Calories, High in Fibre and suitable for VegetariansBased on first taste and experience i have no issue recommending these, I’m def going to ty other flavours
