NOthing like the description. Poor Quality
The shipping was on time. But the product I received looks nothing like what is given in the description. I thought it would still serve the purpose and used it. However, within two days the velcro part started coming off. Extremely poor quality. This is the first time I am having a bad experience with Amazon

Bad presentation and not sure if it works
First of all, literally this is the only thing you get. No branding which is fine but no instructions nothing. Product in a transparent bag, that's it. Second, I'm not convinced this actually works. The only thing this does is pull the shoulders. It doesn't help the back AT ALL. So if you have back pain or something and hope this works then don't buy it. It doesn't. That's all folks.

I ordered upgrade one but received the standard
I payed extra for upgraded item and receive the standard one wich is really uncomfortable under arms.
