Great value for money
Imparts a beautiful flavour to batters, cakes and icings. I use it for drizzling over orange marmalade cake. Use sparingly as it's quite intense.

Not Orange Blossom Water!!!
Orange blossom water should be made of nothing but distilled orange blossoms. This is an artificial substitute for the real thing. It might taste of smell okay and work in a pinch as some kind of substitute, but it is definitely NOT the real thing. Here is what's written on the label under INGREDIENTS: "Water flavouring substances, flavouring preparations, natural flavouring substances, ethyl alcohol...". The bottle itself reads "Orange blossom flavouring" -- NOT orange blossom water.
