After reading all of the reviews on using arnica tea post op, I decided to give it a try. My toes get bruised from ballet pointe shoes, and this tea saved me during Nutcracker! I drank it every day, sometimes twice a day, and it helped so much with pain from bruising and it helped prevent further bruising. I call it my BBL tea because of all the other reviews LOL!The taste is really good. It tastes like a really mild chamomile green tea mix. My boyfriend loves the taste so much he calls it classic tea.
