Helps with TMJ
It takes a while to get used to it. It does make the skin appear firmer but I think it would be more effective as part of a proper skincare routine. Helped with the pressure from my TMJ though

Would sand your skin off!
One look at them and I could see the material on the chin of each should not touch the skin, let alone be worn tightly against it for a prolonged period of time! It’s hard, rough and scratchy and would legit sand your skin off and/or cause allergic reactions! AVOID!It’s also worth mentioning that this item is not eligible for return. So don’t even waste your time or money!
