How to change battery

In the instructions it says you can but we couldn’t get ours open It was painted shut

Can you change the bulb? I need a black light wand for an escape room puzzle. I have the bulb so it would be super easy if I could just switch them.

No you cannot change the bulb. One small drop and it's broken. Do not waste your money !!!! Broke on 1st day.
