What is the body of this pen made of? The description says stainless steel but I see a few reviews referring to it as plastic. Which is correct?

I have purchased many pens in this price range and this was my least favorite. It was metal, as I remember, but broke replacing the cartridge. It is the only pen I've had which had that happen.
