We regret buying this water dispenser. It’s incredibly noisy, the hot water safety button constantly got stuck, and now, after just one year, it has completely stopped working. Disappointing and not worth the high price at all.

After reading all reviews, bought the product and now using for a few weeks.Everything is as per design and works.Hot water is boiling hot - GoodCold water is very cold - GoodNormal water is on the colder side, so area of improvement - AverageHot dispenser child proofing is very good.Sometimes the compressor gets loud but for a very small time (few seconds) and is not noticeable and then reverts to silent operation. I read many reports of horrible noise, so maybe the product has been improved, which is good.Overall, very happy with the purchase and recommend you to try.

had it for more than a year now. Overall satisfied. some things that could improve:1. the hot water button has a safety mechanism that must be pushed which is great but it gets stuck from day one, so you need to practice on how to release it, otherwise hot water keeps pouring.2. I too had some issues with the pump, however, I realized that the flexibe pipe that goes into the pump got loose and that caused air to enter the circuit. It happened a couple of times, all I had to do was push the pipe towards the pump and that fixed it every time. If you are getting a red light with a full bottle, check that the pipe by pushing it at either end, bottle and pump fitting.3. a bit noisy when it cools water

This item is not as advertised, cooling function is not very good, water flow is very weak and worst of all it will breakdown within the year and the repairs require a minimum of 2 weeks and it will breakdown again shortly after the delivery. The warranty is not an added value in this case as you are required to locate the service centre and drop the faulty item since they do not collect it from your home.Would not advise anyone to buy this product. I am currently going to buy a different brand.
