it looks the same and all good but it was dirty when I opened it it has a black stain -on the frame... I tried cleaning it but it left a mark..

Frame sent twice, broken
Had to return item as glass was broken. No quetions asked and a replacement was provided. However The replacement frame glass was broken as well.

Good item but broken glass
It's really good item unfortunately the glass comes in it is simple glass which can break even with small hit.I have got the item with broken glass so had to returnBut you can always buy the item and get a unbreakable photo frame glass from home depot

Replacement perfect and easy
Replacement arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for making this process easy. I love the unique look of this frame!***Bought end of October and wish I would have looked at this closer. I just got a photo to display in this and notices the crack in the corner. I have bought this brand in the past and had no issues. I may try for a replacement as I really like the look and uniqueness of this item. If you order inspect closely.
