I have been taking this for a long time but I never paid attension so much.i had stomache problems it is gone but i dont know if it is this which hlped with that,becouse i take a lot of healthy remedies.This time I want to try different things ,rubbing on my hair,take a teaspoon in the morning before breakfast. and before bed in warm tea or juice. One thing I know is that it works for cold,cough and high fever.I take a 1/2teaspoon ,1 tsp lemon warm alittle add 1tsp honey and give to my son,when he came from school he was terrible,coughing,high fever,he was just terrible with this cough that is not going away,i gave him the mixture agive him round 12ish now is almost eight he is fine but il give him and me one more so we will have a good sleep.I am no doctor but I like trying things out.This blackseed oil helps my mom when her neck or she feel swollen she massage with it she says it helps.I will come back when this is done to report what it did or not do to me,coz I like saying things that I know.peace! Oh another thing ,if you experienced heart burn it is either too strong for you so you might want drink a little water afterward,for me I had heart burn when I took it with other supplements, curcum,msm,biotin,fish oil,hair nails,and women one aday.but when I take it by itself I don't feel heart burn,i have weak stomach I guess,people are different it doesn't affect my hubby at all.
