I bought these in November of 2025. A couple of months prior to my purchase, I was talking on the phone to a friend & I noticed that I was having an issue recalling information to contribute to the conversation way more than I was comfortable with. I did look around for a memory supplement, but they all seem to cost way too much--and what if they don't work? So, I started taking these and I have really noticed an improvement in my memory. I bought these several months ago and I was taking them regularly. Within 2 weeks I started to notice a change in my mental energy and focus. As time passed I noticed was getting all my tasks done throughout the day. And I didn't have that nagging feeling that I forgot something when leaving stores or work. Well I fell behind on taking them and now I miss that mental focus and energy that I used to have. So I'm definitely back on them and plan to keep taking them.
