I just woke up and I feel obligated to write this. I had a very deep sleep without needing to take my sleep medication. That is wonderful. I want to paint an accurate picture because I don't think I have seen one in regards to lucid dreaming. I use Dayvigo for a sleep aid. With Dayvigo you are knocked out. You get sleep paralysis if you are extremely tired but otherwise you will fall asleep and stay asleep. If you do get up, you go right back to sleep naturally. This supplement starts out the same. However once you fall asleep you will have dreams. Not regular dreams. I think it pulls from the depths of your mind. So don't expect to be able to select what you drea. You will see your dreams in High definition, you will smell things, you will feel all the feelings. All of them. You will see people and you will talk to them. You will talk to yourself. Your car alarm may go off in your dream. People will be breaking into your work van and you will not remember where you parked it. The remote will be lighting up wildly in your hand yet you cannot find the spot. You will be in very real distress as though it was happening in real life. If you do wake up, you will still be in a dream state. In a rare state of wisdom I decided to skip the Dayvigo before reading about the dreaming. Thank God I did because I don't know what the combination would do to a person. Do not underestimate this supplement. It is strong if it can have the same if not stronger effect as a prescription. Do not mix with any sleeping aids. Best course of action in my opinion is to dose earlier in the day latest noon. Or else you may be in for wild nights. I don't say this lightly. If you have a poor heart don't take this unless you want to speed you arrival to Valhalla in your sleep. Otherwise pleasantly surprised. It is not often you take a supplement and it hits you right away. This is not a placebo effect. Since we resolve a lot of things in our sleep. It might be helpful for those with avoidance issues. You will not be escaping in your dreams. Do not take if you are bad person with lots of guilt. This can be vengeance in a bottle for you. You will be cornered by your victims with no escape. Just stick to your sleepless nights and leave the judgment to God. No need to do it twice. Here on earth and in the afterlife. Will continue taking but adjust dosing times. ***update*** I have gotten so much done since I got on this supplement. I would schlep at work but I am actually getting a decent days work done. My head is clear. The fatigued feeling/fog in my brain is gone. I feel motivated to do things. My walks have become more enjoyable. I feel present and as a result I can walk longer. My sleep has been good. Deep sleep and I wake up in my body. Before all the days seemed to blend together. Always putting off work and things constantly pending. I hope this lasts. 10/10

Great supplement overall, quality seems pretty decent and potency is fair, not as good as GNC's tyrosine to be honest. That said, if you are on adderall like me, it's a great way to replenish on your tyrosine supplies and make the medication more stable and less stress provoking (not medical advice here, just my own personal experience).
