You can use it as a normal mobile phone, so it works it europe too. T-mobile even sells Blackberrys with a contract so it is compatible.

It definitely works in USA. It gets LTE on Tmobile and ATT. I don't know how well it works in Russia, but it is internationally unlocked and it is supposed to work, I just don't know how well. If you are concerned about 3G or 4G, look at the frequencies for the carrier you want to use and compare it with the phone.
