So I’ve ordered around 3 bottles of this. Originally I ordered it to add to My hair care regiment but I saw some other positive things about it as well. I read that it can help with pain. Well I have a torn sciatic nerve. Incredibly painful. When I first started taking this I must admit I did notice a difference with less pain. I really haven’t noticed that lately though. Now My nails have always been long and strong. Never had a problem...until I turned 30, then my nails just stopped growing, I mean not even a little. Since taking this their back to growing and their strong like before. Now as for my hair it’s growing nicely but I don’t know if the credit is due to this or My other hair care regiments but since it’s helping with My nails nicely I would think that it’s helping with My hair as well.

MSM is amazing. I haven't even had this product a week yet and I am already reaping the benefits. This is 100% a real review on this product, I didn't receive anything in return.I got this product because I experience acne and hyperpigmentation on my skin which are red spots left behind by the acne. Within a few days the cystic acne stopped, just a few pimples here and there and now the rest of it is starting to leave. The red spots are fading and not only that but my entire face looks healthier in a very drastic way! I had soft skin to start with, besides the acne, and my skin is 10x softer now than before. And I've noticed my skin is softer Even on the places like my forehead where I never had acne break outs. And my back! It's amazing! Also I used to have slight dark circles under my eyes (nothing too noticeable) and now the dark circles are almost completely gone, (and I can tell!, that's saying a lot) again, not only that but under my eyes they are more plump and I've had wrinkles disappear. This stuff is seriously amazing, I wish I had started off with this product years ago, and to think I was going to go get antibiotics for my acne. What a relief that I won't have to do that now. I would recommend this to anyone I know that suffers with skin conditions. This is very powerful stuff! My face looks and feels airbrushed. I'm taking one pill internally everyday at night, and then whenever I wash my face I apply a lotion (natural lotion like coconut oil) that has about 3 of these pills crushed up into it. I apply this lotion to my face and other rougher areas on my body after I get out of the shower. This stuff derives from DMSO and I wouldn't risk putting this on your skin if the skin isn't clean. DMSO is known to transport anything it touches into your skin and further into your blood stream. This is just a precaution I take. This stuff doesn't burn or give me any weird side effects. MSM is sulfur that is formed in rain water and is ingested through plants that we eat. It's all natural. Most plants we grow now are not grown with rain water, this is why you might have a deficiency in sulfur or MSM. But seriously try this for yourself, it could make a big difference for you like it did for me.

This is a very good product. I will be repurchasing this product because it is effective at doing what the packaging states.

I take 3000 mg of MSM daily for rheumatoid arthritis, as recommended by my rheumatologist. I was happy to see the product available as a 1500 mg tablet, so I would only have to take two per day. When I opened the bottle of Now MSM 1500 mg tablets, I was really surprised by the HUGE size of each tablet. These tablets would not be good for someone who has a problem swallowing pills. I think they are the largest pills I have ever seen! They are not scored, so they cannot be broken in half easily. Next time I will stick with the 1000 mg capsules, and just take 3 per dose.

OK, so I started taking this supplement MONTHS ago for pain. It has truly helped with the Bursitis in my hip....but I'm having one crazy benefit. I had toe nail fungus that I caught from my husband of 30 years. My toe nails are growing out clear and WHITE like they should be. They are HEALTHY again. Also one other benefit I've found is my "system" is working completely normal, if you catch my drift. I've had issues through the years being "regular" and this supplement really keeps my system moving in a good way.

I can't give a review yet because I just received it. My therapist has connective tissue and cartilage problems. It was recommended to her years ago by her doctor. I look forward to seeing if this helps my pain, energy and overall health benefits.
