Cuts down noise from outside
Cuts down noise from outside on window frames and also from the shared corridor in an apartment by using it on the front door frame. The brown colour matched my window frame colour so could hardly see it. It also fills the gaps on the window frame to outside so hopefully cuts down on heat coming in and cool air escaping out.
