My product not working its handle is loose not working . I am out of station and today i use it kindly reward me as soon as possible.

The A3 size is massive. Would probably have been happier with the A4 size but I had thought for little more better take bigger one. Not a better decision on my part. The Bigger A3 sixe has more needles of course and so the center ones dont punch well. Can do a maximum of 10 pages 70gsm paper at a time anything more will give problems. sometimes get the feeling punch handle might break. Laminated sheets also can do 1 at a time for 250 gsm paper + 80 gsm lamination sheet. 2 at a time feels risky. within a month powder coating has started air bubbles in one side, so this spot will need attention soon. BUT - with Care does the job. Would have been happy if some care , oiling instructions would have been give to improve life of product.
