A new take on traditional Greek cuisine
This is not for the faint-hearted but the recipes are creative and the illustrations beautiful. I have tried a couple of dishes from it and they are a little fiddly, but the end results were great! LOVED the courgette fritters! I suspect I shall resort to making a few dishes from this and be a little intimidated by many, but for anyone tired of 'traditional' Greek dishes, it's a gem.

A beautifully designed book with enticing pictures of delicious Greek dishes and easy recipes, created by the talented Chefs at the Mazi taverna in Notting Hill, London.Absolutely delicious Greek food unlike anything anyone may have tried before and hence, highly recommended !

Just another Greek Cook Book on the shelf?
Well no actually. It has some classic dishes and it has some traditional dishes but it also contains some fantastic twists on both with good photography. There are some interesting cocktail recipes included - the ouzo and ginger is amazing !

Great book with wonderful photos
Absolutely wonderful book full of classics, some with a twist, and other recipes I’ve never seen before but can’t wait to try and make. Highly recommended

An inspiring cookbook with modern twists
I absolutely love the recipes in this book. It includes many Greek traditional dishes with modern elements.Would definitely buy again!
