The parts of my new heater were rusted when box opened.
When we opened the box… the heater did not appeared new. There was rust on the valves and seal covers were also missing. Since we were paying an electrician for his expensive visit, we installed it but really disappointed to know we did not receive a new product what we paid for.

Great Customer Service
Bought this heater in the year in 2019. It worked fine until December 2021 after which it started to leak and stopped working. I have raised a complaint on my Amazon account and the Ariston team has inspected and provided me with a new heater in a span of just 3-4 days. Simple and Seamless!!!

Very old stock
Apparently it was from a very old stock. The carton was totally worn out. No mention of warranty on carton. After installation hot water was dirty and very smelly. We had to flush out the water by leaving water open for a couple of hours. Very disappointed

Great in general
It is in good shape and great in general. But the power is just 1200w and it is a little bit low.

Mounting Holes are different from the original Ariston
The product appears to be the same as the original; but it is not.When we lifted the item up to fit it, the mounting holes were different (too wide) and would not fit the studs on the wall where the original Ariston 50L unit was mounted.Quality control is questionable.
