Been using it for 4 months and my hair is definitely showing signs of being fuller. They tell you to take 3 caps each day so I usually have them in the morning with my breakfast. You’re supposed to notice results within a few months and for me it wasn’t until now that I could finally tell without a doubt that this product is working. Noophoric Hair Growth is made of a wide range of herbal and mineral compounds beneficial for hair strengthening and hair loss reduction. The daily dosage is 3 capsules per day which might be a bit high if you are taking other supplements or medications. The capsules are fairly large but they are easy to swallow for me. The capsules do not have any smell or special flavor that I notice. I have been taking them for about a month and a half and have not seen very special results although I see my hairs are in good shape and do not shed a lot (which can be a good sign!). The multivitamin compounds along with Biton, Turmeric root, Horsetail plant, and Green Tea are the mostly used and effective ingredients of the most successful hair loss supplements, and Noophoric hair capsules include a good amount of them. A minor concern that I have is the relatively higher price compared to the similar competitors from Natures Made or Olly, considering that each bottle is good for only a month...

The sample I received contained a 30-day supply, so I can't comment on the claim that results should be seen after 90 days. However, I have noticed my nails growing faster and stronger than usual. No noticeable impact on my hair. I believe these capsules are a well-balanced blend of vitamins that are reportedly good for hair, skin, hormonal health and energy. You'll likely see a boost in all these areas, but as for miracle hair growth results, I'm far more skeptical. To be clear, there is nothing truly unique about this product. It is merely a multi-vitamin with prioritized ingredients. The central ingredient is a massive 10,000% daily dose of Biotin (3000 mcg). Other ingredients are basically negligible or could be easily satisfied with a general multi-vitamin. For example, 70% the daily value of Vitamin A, 45% the daily value of Zinc, 50% the daily value of Vitamin D. They throw in a few other herbs that help with hormones, such as Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettle and L-Lysine. Again, good stuff, but nothing extraordinary. Since taking these daily I've felt my energy increase, which was a pleasant surprise. Usually I am very sluggish and have to take naps throughout the day to stay afloat. Now I wake up in the morning with more gusto and can last all the way to bedtime. Perhaps it is the presence of Green Tea (50mg) or some combination of the other ingredients, but I cannot attribute my new alertness to anything else than these capsules. That's a win! Currently priced at $60 for a month supply, let's be real and say this is an overpriced vitamin supplement. Is it a bad product? Absolutely not, and I do believe it will be a subtle help with hair, skin and energy health. There are cheaper alternatives, however, such as taking high-dose Biotin supplements and a daily multi-vitamin. Noophoric has made things easier by blending hair-friendly ingredients so you don't have to create your own complicated vitamin routine. For that they charge a premium. Although I'm pleased with my experience overall, I can't quite bring myself to commit $180 for a 3-month supply when I feel like I could make my own vitamin mix for a fraction of the cost.
