Bought 5 of these for an office and they work fine. All installed the same way but the tape on the back of one was obviously defective as it fell off the wall and shattered within a couple of days. Not keen on spending another $50 to buy another given that I also lost most of the $60 soap. Would recommend using the screws to mount if you are going to purchase these.

From where we can purchase the Soap refill pouch and Sanitizer. These items are coming without these. Please send us the details. And also the battery from where we can get
