This product is loaded with healthy oils and nutrients in seeds.I tried in coffee but they didn’t melt.So I scooped them out and ate, yummy. They have high quality, texture is fine for seeds. If you want healthy oils great way to get them. Sprinkle on salads, soups or what you desire.

Absolutely love this. I add a shake to my overnight oats every time I make them. Taste is good, texture is good, and it makes me feel good! Will definitely be buying more.
