I am so glad that I ordered this product. I have been taking a chelated Zinc but didn't realize that I was missing in my diet, copper. This offers me both Chelated Zinc and Chelated Copper thus assuring me that I am meeting my nutritional needs.

Just got it less than a week so i dont know how effective this will be but this is the best form for both zinc/copper and in ratio as well so i wont be copper deficiency for taking zinc supp.

Disaster repeat purchase- I just learned Zinc and Copper don't absorb when taken together, always take several hours apart. You need both and are getting nothing taking this. OMG I'm furious, have an unopened bottle and a new one to throw away.

Look no further!!! You will not find a better source of zinc. This is in my opinion the best of the best source, very easy to swallow, well absorbed and no after taste.

Expiration date on bottle is one year after receiving. Also this zinc makes me dizzy all day. Maybe 2mg of Copper is too low for 30mg of Zinc OR maybe the actual mg much is higher than advertised OR maybe the quality is poorEither way DO NOT BUY
