NO MORE WOBBLING, SLIPPING, OR FALLING. I've been on crutches for 2 months with at least 1 more month to go. I slipped a lot on the crutch tips that came with the crutches, so started looking and found these. They are EXCELLENT. The rubber moves like a foot when it hits the ground, it doesn't slide on tile or wet surfaces, and although I haven't tried it on grass, I'm sure it would be great. The most challenging (and frightening) stairs are no longer an issue for me. I wish I'd found them earlier but I'm really glad I have them now. Per manufacturers instructions I used a little water to get the feet on my crutches.

The first time I used the crutches the ER gave me on a marble floor, they slid and I fell. I noticed the tips were so small so I ordered these and I highly recommend them! Super easy to put on. They add so much stability to the crutches, I can’t imagine not using them and think they should be the default tips on all crutches. I’m now on one crutch until my foot totally heals and it works perfectly and makes me feel more steady.

Major improvement in my crutches, especially in the shower. I was a temporary user, so durability was not an issue. Used for 5 weeks.

The big advantage of these tips is the increased contact area. This is especially useful outdoors in sand, snow and loose footing in general.There's even a little shock absorption from the back of the foot coming down first and the flexibility is good. I've been using them full time for six months and the durability seems quite good. The only downside I have noticed is that because the foot is so wide it can get caught under an open door. The price is also quite good for a premium rubber tip. I'd like to see the Kmina make a similar tip with a less open space pattern and maybe a softer rubber for wet surface use. That would be very much appreciated by those of us that crutch full time and are deathly afraid of falling !

These are great to replace the small, thin caps that come with the regular crutches. Especially when you live in a small apartment like mine where you have to maneuver the crutches in the hallways. Who doesn't like more stability?

Suffered avascular necrosis in my left hip recently from an old injury in 2010. I was running around with wrist crutches. I work 10+ hours a day and in the winter, I arrive and leave work in the dark. Snow and ice were not my friend in those days. They worked very well in all conditions and even much better traction on regular floor surfaces. I recommend them to our patients all the time.

As you’ll see from my images these caps are significantly larger, sturdier, and aggressive compared to the stock end caps. I immediately replaced them after waring them through and it felt like I was swapping out stock tires for some offroad mudders. These changed the crutch game for sure…highly recommend!

Wonderful. These replaced the original bottoms of my crutches that wore out quickly, after I had hip surgery. I loved the wide bottom that offered more stability.
