Van Aken International Kato Polyclay, Brown

This is better than any clay I’ve ever used and I will definitely be ordering again!! It is a little tough to work with but that’s perfect for detailed work. It’s pretty easy to smooth out and doesn’t leave fingerprints. I have very cold hands but kneading small pieces at a time works fine. For anyone having issues with this though— I used a microwave beanie (for sore muscles etc, but a heating pad would work the same), put the clay in a zipper bag, then folded the heated beanie over top of it. It softened up pretty nicely! I ordered four blocks and one of them was hard and crumbly. I’m assuming it sat in the Amazon warehouse too long or maybe the conditions weren’t right. But it’s not unusable! I’ll just soften it up with mineral oil. Very happy! Thank you!
