Casa Di Oliva Bruschetta, Roasted Red Pepper and Artichoke, 11 Ounce

This is a delicious product made for Bruschetta but also really delicious on meats, either hot or cold. Would also be good on crackers as an appetizer.

The beautiful, elegantly shaped jar hints at the quality of what's inside.Local HEB was my source. Thoroughly enjoyed this fine product on wraps with baby spinach, ham, kalamata olives, roma toms, red bell peps, onion. Would be great on pasta or toasted bread, I'm sure.A week later and the store apparently discontinued the item. THE FOOLS!! By that I mean the store AND their typical customers.. damned grazing sheep they are! Following the herd.There's shelf space for 30 kinds of ketchup, an entire aisle for toothpaste varieties, but they can't make room for a few little jars of something so interesting and tasty as this stuff. Just too scary for the sheep, I suppose..

I discovered this product in a department store in my hometown in Indiana. I instantly fell in love. The taste is equisit. It has a mild flavor but you can definitely taste the artichokes and red pepper swimming in a variety of spices and flavor. When I read the ingredients on the jar it looks as though all the ingredients are healthy and something you would not mind serving yourself or anyone. I tried the other flavors but this is definitely my favorite of all.I am sure I could make it myself but, why bother?

This stuff is amazing. I actually picked it up in Marshalls of all places for $2.99. I just bought the last 2 jars they had today. I hope to find it again or it comes back to Amazon. I make an egg white omelet and top it with this and goat cheese. So good!!!

I also discovered this in a department store in New York. I am always looking for fast tasty recipes. Try this with your favorite pasta and chicken or shrimp.You won't be sorry. this is restaurant quality.
