Poor mounting hardware
This controller did not work well for me. The mounting mechanism/hardware was too weak. It would not hold the controller in place and allowed it to move/rotate. I had to construct my own mount. Even then, the controller would not fully shut or fully open my valve, even after adjusting the pins. After about 15 uses, the controller lost the wifi connection. I've given up.

Does not work with older plumbing installations .. mounting hardware does not allow for adjustments .. to certain Ballcock designs … tech support is non-existent due to Covid by phone .. email does not cut it !
