It is not thick, yet for the price I am not disappointed. It is very flattering and just fun to wear. I believe you get what you pay for; however, others will think you paid more…I recommend. I am 5’6 and weigh 195-200. I got an XL. I could get into a large (it is stretchy), but for me, it would be too tight.
