No, it says "Made in USA" on the bottom of the bottle. It might have been made in France at one time, but it's now a property of the Five Star Fragrance Company in New York.

IS THIS PIERRE CARDIN COLOGNE ??

Yes, it is legitimate. It is Pierre Cardin eau de cologne, which is the same as the product marketed as simply cologne. It is a light scent but traces do linger for quite some time and it is the familiar Pierre Cardin scent that you're probably looking for if you're looking at items like this. It's a great buy, too. Over the last several years, I've bought three of them (in this large size).
