Solid paddle
Everything about the paddle is extremely solid, high quality. I’ve played with expensive paddles that are $150+ and they aren’t as good as this one. Perfect beginner paddle!

Bad product, bad customer service
After less than 4 months of two old ladies playing ping pong these paddles fell apart. Contacted Joola customer service because they have a 1 year warranty. Oh sure, we'll be happy to help. Send us photos and your invoice. I send photos and invoice (meanwhile it takes them 3 days or so between emails to answer). Next response is that now I have to ship the paddle back to them at my expense. That's probably $10-15 to return a $35 item.I said you can't be serious! You just had me jump through the other hoops and now I have to pay again for your defective product ? Crickets....Find a different brand. These guys stink.

Good racket but that handle stings
I was a beginner with some experience when I bought the racket. It took some time for me to adjust because of the racket's weight. Overall the spin is good enough for beginner/advanced beginner play. But, as I keep playing, the handle's smell just keeps getting worse (it already has a weird smell when I buy it).

Very good value for money for beginners.
It's good for beginners. It handles basic spin good.Both sides were black- a small price to pay! A racket below this or cheaper is not worth.But for advanced people or those who are returning after many years playing a top spin on opponents chop and vice versa becomes difficult.
